Blueberries

Not only do blueberries have high levels of fiber, but they are also rich in Vitamins E and K. By eating blueberries on a regular basis you can get your vitamin requirements and keep your digestive tract on track. Their rich antioxidant levels also help to reduce the free radicals in your system helping to fight aging and helping to give you more energy. Manganese is another area where blueberries are quite rich, often noted for helping to fight certain types of cancer as well as cardiovascular disease.

Raspberries

Raspberries are a superfruit not only because of their high antioxidant value and extra vitamins but also because of their Iron content. Superfruits have always been around.
